Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are assessed. What is refundable depends on the airline, hotel, visa and transfer terms that apply to your specific booking.
LEGAL NOTICE: These documents are website templates and should be reviewed and approved by the company's UK legal adviser before publication.
How a refund is calculated
Any refund is the amount we recover from suppliers for your booking, less any non-refundable components and any administration fee stated in your booking confirmation. We will show you the breakdown.
Commonly non-refundable components
Depending on the fare and rate booked, the following are often non-refundable:
- Restricted or promotional airline fares
- Non-refundable or advance-purchase hotel rates
- Visa fees already submitted for processing
- Third-party charges already incurred
Cancellations by a supplier
If an airline or hotel cancels, we will pursue the refund or alternative arrangements available under that supplier's terms and, where they apply, your statutory rights.
Processing times
Once a supplier has released funds to us we aim to process refunds within [number] working days to the original payment method. Airline refunds in particular can take significantly longer and are outside our control.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, where they apply to your arrangements, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
