These terms govern quotations, bookings and travel arrangements made with us. They must be read together with our booking policy, refund policy and cancellation policy.

Definitions
'We', 'us' and 'our' mean [Registered Company Name Ltd]. 'You' means the lead traveller making the enquiry or booking, acting on behalf of everyone named on the booking. 'Arrangements' means the travel services we agree to arrange for you.
Enquiries, quotations and the contract
Information on this website is an invitation to enquire and is not an offer. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to availability at the time of booking. A contract is only formed when we issue a written booking confirmation and the required payment has been received.
Package travel status

Prices, deposits and balances
Prices depend on travel dates, departure airport, hotel availability, room type and party composition. Deposit amounts, balance due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in your quotation and booking confirmation. [Confirm the company's standard figures and insert them here once agreed.]
Travel documents, passports and visas
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport meeting the destination's validity requirements and to satisfy all entry and health requirements. Visa requirements and processing rules are set by the Saudi authorities and can change without notice. We provide assistance where stated in your package but cannot guarantee the issue of any visa.
Flights, accommodation and transfers
Flight times, airlines, aircraft and routings are subject to change by the carrier. Hotels are allocated as described in your confirmation; where a stated hotel becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative of a comparable or higher standard, or the options set out in your booking policy.
Amendments and cancellations
Amendment and cancellation terms, including any administration charges and supplier charges, are set out in the booking policy and cancellation policy. Airline and hotel charges are outside our control and are passed on at cost.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate passenger information exactly as it appears on passports, arrive at check-in in good time, comply with airline, hotel and local rules and behave in a way that does not affect other travellers.
Special requirements and accessibility
Tell us at enquiry stage about mobility needs, wheelchair assistance, medical requirements or dietary needs so we can check what the airline, hotel and transfer provider can offer. We cannot guarantee a request unless it is confirmed in writing.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil unrest, industrial action, airspace or airport closure and decisions of governments or authorities.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where they apply, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Complaints
Raise any issue with the supplier and with us as soon as it arises so we can try to resolve it during your trip. Unresolved complaints should be sent to [complaints@example.co.uk] following our complaints policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
